We are excited to announce that we are hosting another U.S. Law Shield firearms law class. Join us to hear one of U.S. Law Shield’s highly experienced firearms program attorneys teach an engaging class about the firearms laws in Pennsylvania. He will explain the laws in Pennsylvania that allow someone to use force to protect themselves, their loved ones, or another third party. Additionally, he will explain when escalating levels of force can be used justifiably under Pennsylvania law. He will also discuss topics such as “the totality of the circumstances” and what “reasonable” means in a legal context. You will also learn what to expect when interacting with law enforcement officers after a use of force incident.
